1. Controller
This policy is issued under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 and describes how personal data of visitors to getvlad.ru (the “Site”) is processed.
Personal data controller: Individual Entrepreneur Tatyana Grigoryevna Prokopovich, Russian taxpayer ID (INN) 470310200510, OGRNIP 325784700330365 (the “Controller”).

2. What data and why
- Server technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page address, referrer, browser details. Purpose: operation and security of the Site. Legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(7) of 152-FZ). Logs are stored on a server in Russia for no longer than 14 days.
- Yandex Metrica data: cookie identifier, actions on pages, device and browser details, approximate location by IP. Purpose: visit statistics. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(1)), given with the “Accept” button in the cookie notice. Without consent, Metrica is not loaded.
- Correspondence data: name, phone number or messenger account and the message text, if you write or call using the contacts on the Site. Purpose: to reply and discuss your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(5)). Kept while the discussion is ongoing and no longer than 3 years after the last message unless a contract is concluded.
The Site has no data entry forms. No special categories of data or biometric data are processed.
3. Cookies
Your choice in the cookie notice is stored in your browser's localStorage so that the notice does not reappear. Yandex Metrica cookies are set only after your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the home page or by clearing the site data in your browser.
4. Recipients
- YANDEX LLC (Moscow, Russia) — Yandex Metrica, only after your consent.
- Telegram Messenger Inc. (outside Russia) — if you choose to write to the Controller on Telegram.
- Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC (USA) — if you write to the Controller's e-mail: messages are received and stored by these e-mail services.
The Site is hosted on servers in Russia. Data is not disclosed to other third parties and is never sold.
5. Your rights
You may request information about your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent (Art. 14 of 152-FZ). Write to hello@neiroshtat.ru — we reply within 10 working days. You may also lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court.
6. Security
The Site works over HTTPS only; access to the server and logs is limited to the Controller and persons the Controller has engaged to maintain the Site. Logs are deleted automatically when the retention period ends.
7. Changes
The Controller may update this policy; the current version is always on this page, with its date at the top.
